Talent Tree Coaching are committed to protecting the privacy of any one who works with us.

Talent Tree Coaching is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under reference  A8324423.

We only collect information that is voluntarily given by the individual and is essential to us providing our service to you.  As a coaching business we deal with sensitive and confidential information and handing this information safely and securely is very importance to us.

We never share your personal information with third parties unless your permission is given. We never use sell or share information to third parties for business development or market research.

We only use the information we collect to aid us in providing high quality and professional coaching experiences for our clients.

We work hard to keep your personal information safe and secure. For example:

• all laptops are password protected on opening
• all external hard-drive back up systems and paper files are carried carefully and stored in locked cabinets or locations and are destroyed after 6 years or earlier if requested by you.
• we regularly change our passwords on our email accounts. Please note that however hard we try to secure our email traffic there are always associated risks. Therefore please take appropriate care in opening emails pertaining to be from Talent Tree Coaching, or any files/attachments included.
• any requests you make to us to obtain copies of the information we hold about you will be dealt with quickly and fully.

Our website

This website is operated by Talent Tree Coaching but hosting of the site is carried out by a third party.

The website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user’s IP address and session information.

We do not use cookies for collecting user information from this site.

Data in relation to Psychometric Assessment tools 

We often use MBTI profiling and EQi 360 assessments as part of our coaching. This requires personal information from you such as name and email address in order for us to send you the link to complete an online questionnaire.  When you click on the link and move onto the providers website you are then accepting responsibility for accepting OPPs and MHS privacy policy.

Updates to our Privacy Policy 

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy as required. Please ensure you remain happy with, and accept agreement of this Privacy Policy by regularly checking for any changes we make.
